I did the usual queries and I got nothing meaningful (Almost there but the dial markers ... not.)

Let's wait to see our members here. I'm sure that one will pop up.

I have in my library originates from the late 40's. The leaf shape of the hands, the blued seconds hand and the lug shape makes me think this one is from the late 40's - early 50's. Also the case size looks to be more like 33-34 mm rather than 36-37 mm. 1...

My take is that both dial and hands are original....
