Breguet Marine Reference #3700

If there is anyone out there who owns the Marine reference number 3700 or has seen one in person I would appreciate any comments on this particular style.  I would also like to know if silicone is a Breguet invention.  There are some Classic styles I am interested in that have this encampment.  Lastly, how does Breguet compare to Patik as far as quality?  Any comments, pictures or feelings on the above mentioned questions I will be very intersted in reading your responses.  Thank you.

The #3700 is a beautiful model which combines the beautiful marine design with the world time feature. Breguet are known to make the most beautiful dials and their movements and detailing is second to none. The bonus is that the watch isnt extremely expen...
