However, like you, I do not associate a watch with the sport. A chronograph would be a natural fit--I think some of the older "stopwatches" were once associated with football but not sure of any contemporary watch association. tempusfugit

I though it was Panerais beginning,Doxa,JLC Master Compressor,Seiko,Rolexs Deep Sea Sea Dweller .Even the independent Aniceto Jiménez Pita of Pita Barcelona has thrown his hat into the ring with his Oceana.I'm sure there is plenty more.Cheers
