Omega 3903 Dial

Jun 25, 2013,20:24 PM

Hi folks,

My question is on the dial, is this a repaint?
The lack of "Swiss" on the dial leads me to suspect it is not original.
It does however look to be an older restoration, this is basically how I received the watch except I did have a full service performed a year ago.
All opinions are welcome and encouraged.

Thanks, Jim

. . . it doesn't run afoul of our guidelines. Discussion forums are purely non-commercial, just in case you weren't aware. For what it's worth, my sense is that the dial is original, and in very good condition overall. Cordially, Art

Hi Jim The dial looks fine to me eitherway..... IT might be marked swiss right under the lip of the crystal ( could be obscuring it). The case is approx 33 mm by 33mm and takes a 20 mm strap if I remember correctly . This watch has a large wrist presence....
