Omega Suverän advertising from the 1940....

I collect Omega SUVERÄN, as we know only sold on the Swedish market around WW2.

I have never earlier seen advertisements of these watches.

I found these advertisements in some Swedish "best of the reader's digest" from 1946-48.

the price point in 47 shows how expensive modern watches have got as you couldnt buy anything of the same quality for todays equivelant price. G

...has strengthened several times against most currencies during the last 60 years or so. This would be over and above general inflation, since that would theoretically affect both the Franc and whatever other currency you want to compare on an equal basi...
