After seeing Ruckdee's Speedmaster Moonphase and Ruckdee envying it for some time,  I was hunting for one.

I was looking for the "old" version where the Moon is gold, just like the one that he shows here.

Yesterday I was terrible busy, jumping from one video conference to another and a dear friend stated to send a flood of text messages to me. My phone was on "vibrate" and I could hear it humming and humming.

On a break I look the messages on a cursory manner and he was sending to me pictures of watches.

One last picture call me my attention (it was the Moonphase) and I replied with a short "yes" and I forgot the matter.

Hours later, he sent another message asking if I was at home because he needs to drop my watch!!!

It happens that one of the last messages that he sent was of one Speedmaster Moonphase and the previous message he stated the price and, looking to the chain of messages I understood that I had agreed to buy it!

Moments after that he parked his car and delivered "my watch"!!!

Long story short, it's a Speedmaster Moonphase, from 2005, full set, including the tool to adjust the date and moon phase, all document and that lousy red box (that peels) from that time. Everything is correct!

Today I went to my watchmaker to check. It's just perfect!

+3 seconds/day, very high amplitude, no need to do anything.

Ending my story, it happens that my friend paid and only today I reimbursed his money. Notice also that the price paid was amazing good.

Let me send a very warm "thank you" to Ruckdee that ignited my desire to have one black dialed Omega Speedmaster Moonphase.
