Omega has released on its website several novelties and especially one I love very much.
- The "Snoopy" (made for the 45th anniversary of the Apollo 13 mission) payes tribute to the award given to Omega and the crew after the mission. It will be delivered with a specific box in a 1970 limited edition. It is a moonwatch model (manual) in 42mm. Ceramic bezel.
I want one!
The Snoopy on the back is made out of silver and colored with a blue enamel sky (with silver powder to make it look like the dark space).
You'll see some specific inscriptions on the dial: the 14 seconds related to the Apollo 13 incident and a cartoon quote.

About the XXXX Side Of The Moon, well made watches (case, movement etc) with a overused name. The Snoopy, knowing that is another limited edition, sings to me. Added to my wish list. Thank you, Nilo
I like Speedmasters but I must admit it seems to be a kind of "pause" year as the white side of the moon is another iteration of last year's Black one and there is no significant or iconic piece. Anyway, I love the "Snoopy" one but it remains a toy watch ...
