any authorized Omega repair shop can order the original parts, presuming a metal bracelet was offered. 

 

Try Otto Frei online as well.  they seem to be able to get anything

All: I was recently in Nice, FR and purchased this second hand Omega from a "mom and pop" jeweler. I liked it and that was enough, but now I am obsessed with finding out more about it. I have looked up the serial number and it seems to be from 1985 or 198...

Quartz and from the mid to late 1980s Here's one model from the Omega Vintage Database -- there are four others listed. The dial of your example seems very very faded. A internet search will bring up numerous examples. De Ville Symbol Gents' metal bracele...
