My impression . . .

Feb 21, 2015,06:40 AM

. . . was much the same, Z.  Of all the variants (and there are several) . . .

[apologies for the washed-out pic]

. . . the titanium was my favorite as well.  Like Zenith's New Vintage 1969 of fond memory, the Ti stands as much on its own merits as the original it harkens.

Thanks much for sharing the lovely wrist shot.

Best,

Art

My order is in.....Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial

 By: Baron - Mr Red : February 18th, 2015-08:44
Well, I have an original 165014 (regrettably at service now), but have taken the plunge and placed my order for what I consider to be a truly superlative re-edition. I am at No.9 on the waiting list at my AD....and was told 3-4 months before it arrives. T...

This Omega Seamaster 300 was one of the hilights of the 2014 novelties. At that price tag, certainly one of the best! Nicolas Maigret. 5 his first name was Jules, by the way. ) This message has been edited by amanico on 2015-02-18 14:16:53

The wrist picture is delightful and at the same time highlights some doubts. The case of your Omega Seamaster 300 looks like a 165.014 with its straight lugs but the dial looks like a 165.024 dial. If so, the hands should be "baton", not broad swords. Am ...

One of the reasons

 By: gup502 : March 7th, 2015-20:19
is that the new bracelet has a micro adjustment which makes wearing the watch really comfortable. I have been wearing mine for close to 4 weeks and it has run 4 seconds.
