The Omega 1120 is not a chronograph movement ...
Your pictures shows a Speedmaster "reduced", that uses a movement 3220 (ETA 2890-A2 plus a Dubois-Dépraz 2020 chronograph module).
Back to your question, I have two Omega movements chronographs that I like.
The best one, IMHO, is the Omega 9300:
And, even for historical reasons, the Omega 321 (Lemania made):
