.. just had the recent misfortune, that the ( black) rubber strap is 3/4 torn exactly @ one of the watch ends ( when trying to switch straps) , and am currently reluctant, to always/ only wear the red.. Otherwise a cool & robust piece, IMO.. My best, hs

you know where it is ;) but for those of you who do not know where the picture is taken, it is from a restaurant on Djurgården, next to the Djurgården Bridge towards Strandvägen, which is, perhaps the most exclusive street in Stockholm with wonderful view...

This is my beater for summer - white dial, with a new white strap. Does it work? I don't know. I'm not sure. Do I need a pastel leisure suit, white belt and shoes? Since it was nice and warm, I decided to do a 7 am summer sun beach photo shoot for WristSc...  

I do like the way the older strap looks, so perhaps I will have to "distress" the new one a bit. The strap draws your attention away from the case, and from noticing the hard life this watch has led - I don't know its full history but my wife has worn it ...  

Even my 87 yr old neighbor insisted I take her out for a ride! Not too wild a ride, but she had lots of fun It's a fun car (not intimidating), much like a Volvo P1800, for example ... ...  

Next time I am in So Cal, please, let me try it! ;) Best, Nicolas.
