My guess is that the jumbo model is a ref 2687 . . .

. . . from the mid-'50s. Unlikely that the dial is unretouched; I've never seen a black unengraved iteration, plus the fonts and printing don't quite match verified originals. With all the dials and movements available these days, it might be worth your while to search for an unmolested original to retrofit this highly desirable model.
Not sure of the reference for the Seamaster DeVille, but the dial also looks refinished to my eyes. This shouldn't take one iota of pleasure away from wearing either them; I've been told by two experts that my '56 Longines Conquest has a dial that wasn't original to the watch, yet I know its history well enough to be sure that if it was replaced, it was during a service in 1965, when replacements were still available from the manufacturer.
Thanks very much for sharing your heirlooms with us!
Cordially,

I must confess that I don't know as much about Omega as other brands. I would appreciate learning from the experts here about both watches. I just find it interesting that for its age, the black dial watch is rose gold (which I usually think of as more mo...

Neither dial retouched in the usual sense...

...but my uncle did have the 'radium' on the Seamaster dial scraped off...probably in the late 60s or early 70s (long story). I don't want to change the dial because the value is purely sentimental to me. Scraping the radium off is just part of the story....
